Modernization of conveyor transport, aspiration systems, loading and unloading chutes

Tasks:
• Increase in productivity of the Crushing Plant by upgrading the conveyor transport.
• Increase in productivity of conveyors LK7, LK17, LK 16 and LK17.
• Modernization of the aspiration system, loading and unloading chutes.

Technical solution:
Comprehensive inspection of the crushing plant equipment. Carrying out design work. Manufacturing and supply of equipment. Carrying out installation and commissioning work.

Uniqueness of the project:
The work was carried out at the existing production facility during shutdowns for scheduled preventive maintenance. That is, in a short time according to the agreed schedule and without prejudice to current production activities.

In addition, within the framework of the current production, dismantling and installation of a new conveyor head and drive assembly was carried out using a 400-ton truck crane and dismantling a 40-meter-high part of the building roof in a short time of 7 days.

Result:
As a result of the equipment modernization, the following conveyor productivity was achieved:
- Conveyor No. 7 - 3,600 t/hour;
- Conveyor No. 15 - 3,600 t/hour;
- Conveyor No. 16 - 2,500 t/hour;
- Conveyor No. 17 - 2,500 t/hour.
