Task:
Increase productivity and reduce downtime of conveyor equipment and increase ore processing volumes to 47 million tons per year.
Technical solution:
Division of solid reel conveyors SM-3 and SM-4 (into two each) to create variability in bunker loading with the additional use of unloading carts.
Project uniqueness:
The project was developed over 2 years. Replacement of a pair of conveyors was implemented in a period of 7 to 10 days. Simultaneous involvement of up to 700 workers per shift. Work with the involvement of high-altitude lifting equipment.
Result:
All replaced conveyors were put into operation on time.
